-IF Friskis&Svettis Kalmar is the biggest non profit athlet organisation in the south east of Sweden with 6 500 members and about 180 instructors.

JYMPA - ENGLISH

BAS - Easy and efficiant without any jumps. Suitable for those who want a safe exercise that
build up strength, cardio och flexibility from bottom and up.

MEDEL - Suitable for those who have been working out for a while. High tempo and some
jumps.

INTENSIV - A workout for the ones with strong cardio and strong muscles. Here we train
with higher weight loads for a longer period of time.

PULS - An exercise for the ones who are used to jympa, loves high tempo and flow and
who are inspired by the challenges of movement. This form of exercise can also be found
on BAS and MEDEL level.

KI BOX - Efficient training with boxing techniques. Here you work out with a friend for
the biggest part of the exercise. KI BOX is characted by high tempo och fun combinations.

SKIVSTÅNG (barbell) - Here we focus on stamina for the entire body in group with
cool music. The participant chooses themselves how much weight that are added on their barbell.

CORE - Functional and focused training for strength and stability. CORE includes a lot of
back and stomach/ab exercises but also balance, movement and body-control. This exercise
is done without cardio any cardio training.

CORE/BOSU - This is CORE training with the help of the bosu balance ball.
CORE/BOSU challenges your abdominal and back strenght as well as your balance.
No cardio is included in this exercise.

STYRKA/MEDEL - An exercise that emphazise more on strength och
stabilization and less on cardio than a regular MEDEL exercise.

CIRKELFYS - This exercise has its heritage in gym training. Here we work out in groups of four at a variety of strength-stations. The focus is on high intensity and a
strength.

AEROBIC - Different step-combinations that are build up to longer blocks.
Coordination, movement and strength training is included.

DANS - Let yourself be inspired to the fullest by music, steps and different types
of dance styles. The exercise is easy and a lot of attitude can be promised. No
advanced choreografies, just mimic so let loose and have fun.

STEP - Step combinations on a step-up board. Movement, coordination and mobility exercise is guaranteed.

YOGA - Yoga is a calm and meditating training that is suitable for all. Relax
and work with your inner spirit and outer body movements.

RYGG (Back) - This is a safe and specially developed exercise suitable for those who want to take extra special care of their backs and build up strength, stability and movement. No cardio and no jumps are included. RYGG is lead by specially educated instructors.
